18 days into using Immybot. I am unable to deploy software, it seems like the sessions dont start, I restart my instance which doesnt solve the issue and log a ticket. Support then responded with “We have restarted your server, you should be right to go” Then crickets when responding to that ticket.
Then we have got the paid base plan and which sales said they will activate the trial and handle the logistics of the annual billing. The trial has been extended 3 times now which is ok, the problem is when the trial lapses and then support responds to the sessions ticket that they have extended the trial but nothing about the issue the ticket refers to.
Is this what Immybot is like all the time?

I have noticed that in the last 24 hours that sessions get stuck in a “created” status and never move on. I am only able to deploy software individually in the “Software” tab of each computer.
Thanks Jeff, you lucky man, I have tried that as well and have had no luck. Hopefully immy support will be able to get to the bottom of this soon.

We had to update the tenant in immy-bot and everything starting working again.

The update came out yesterday, so I did the update yesterday and still no luck. It says there are sessions still running but there are none. Even after a immybot reboot.
Hello, I don’t work for the immy team, but I’ve experienced issues similar to what your describing that are caused by different versions of anti-virus software. Certain one’s in particular want you to whitelist certain certificates to work properly with immybot. Have a look here if that helps: Troubleshooting | immy.bot
