Add screen lock timeout to Power Options Global Maintenance Task

Please add the screen lock timeout parameter and possibly more parameters to the Power Options Global Maintenance Task.

This would be helpful when enforcing Power Options if screen lock timeout is already configured with a non-standard or 1-minute timeout, etc.
