In regards to Computer naming, the “Set computer name and domain join” had individual parameters for the FormFactorShortCode - in Configure Directory these are hardcoded.
It would be nice if a similar functionality could be placed within the “ComputerNameTemplate” as a condtitional Parameter.
Bumping this for visibility even though I’m pretty sure this won’t actually bump.
We are also interested in this feature - specifying our own short codes would be EXCELLENT.
I am also very interested in this feature. The Directory Migration task is a game changer, but it is lacking the ability to standardize naming for some of our deployments that previously used the Set Computer Name and Domain Join task.
