Connect Secure ( CNS) Changing their installer to add a “User Secret” - Still Broken

I followed the previous thread, Reloaded Integration, Tried creating a new Integration and the User Secret option never shows up. Since the other thread was closed, I am opening a new one to get some clarification. Thanks.
