It would be incredibly helpful if there was a “Defer updates for X number of days” parameter for all software (and possibly tasks?) deployments. With ImmyBot’s excellent dynamic detection scripts, new software versions are detected really well. However, we would like to be able to set a deferment period option within the deployment parameters.
Use case: Auto Elevate just pushed a bad software update a couple of days ago. If we had been able to defer the update for a few days, this would have been caught, fixed on their end and we wouldn’t have pushed out a bad version of their software.
