Hey, has anyone seen this issue with a device not populating in the active or pending list. I reference this doc: Troubleshooting Guide | ImmyBot
But none of the troubleshooting tips seemed to help, neither did reinstalling the OS multiple times. The provisioning packets said they installed but the admin creds set didn’t work, plus the device wasn’t recognized in the portal at all. I figure it was an entirely different issue than an updated installer so I tried it on another device and saw no issues.
