FIPS Mode HASH re-calculation

For clients who have FIPS mode enabled on machines, the current MD5 HASH will not work.
Immy should re-calculate on a SHA-512
or SHA-3-256 (this would I believe require Powershell 7.5+)

we should also maybe have something that ensures that Immy will always use FIPS complaint methods first per each tenant/client.

We are finding ourselves disabling the hash check at FIPS clients to bypass this which is far from ideal

We’d really like to validate software is bit for bit correct before we run it.

We’ve got the main work done, and it’s being reviewed now. I don’t have a release date yet, but I’ll let you know when I have more info.
