FortiClient - IPSec VPN Configuration

Looks like FortiNet will be disabling the use of SSLVPN in FortiOS 7.4. We’ve already began deploying vpn access via IPSEC VPN instead of SSL for new clients.

Can configuration for IPSEC VPN be added to the Parameters for FortiClient deployment?

However, thus far, we’ve only set up IPSEC VPN connections to use a PSK to authenticate to the remote gateway IP address, which configures the options that are listed in “Advanced Settings”. This configuration is entered on the IPSEC VPN tab, instead of the SSL-VPN tab within forticlient. The end user then signs in with their credentials as normal.

@TerryW do you have access to a Fortinet to do/test this by chance? I do not.

Neglected to realize how important it would be initially, but the configuration options in the advanced settings should be configurable parameters as well.
