Can we please allow specifying or even better(selecting a ticket) and when the deployment is completed, Immy pushes a private note to Halo ticket with the deployment status along with session link?
If it can add time too in the ticket based on session run time, that will be even better
I’d love this. We’ve recently moved to Halo, and making it so the Halo/Immy integration can alert the ticket when an onboarding is finished in particular, would really help us. For onboardings in particular, it could be an onboarding form task, input the ticket #, and Halo will update the ticket once the onboarding is finished. Would really be great for “new computer request” tickets.
