As ImmyBot tenants grow, and MSPs integrate add Integrations, the backlog of devices in “Pending” will grow.
Because failed idenifications needs to be re-ran manually, this can become a bear to manage. For example, my 10+ integrations now have resulted in over 10,000 devices that have failed identification and will need a manual re-identify triggered.
It would be nice if there was an auto-retry feature, where devices who failed identification got put into a state where an automatic retry is triggered during the middle of business hours for the associated tenant. Repeat this X number of times and if it still does not identify, flag the device for review.
