Recently we have been having issues with site stability causing the site to be unresponsive. Normally emailing support has got the site back up quickly.
Im seeing other reports of this in MSPGeek Discord. I’m sure you guys are working on this but can we get an update. I currently have email out to support asking to have instance rebooted for the 2nd time today.

Same here, we’ve had these issues for weeks and have opened multiple tickets as well

We keep it updated pretty consistently. It’s literally down right now for us and it’s the second time this week. Usually takes over 3 hours for support to get back to us and restart our instance
