Some people have requested a way to set the primary user to default to no primary user either system wide or on a per tenant basis.
As much as long time users know we strongly advise against this method as it loses the ability to deploy software based on the user of the computer, there can be some use cases/clients where you may never want to select a primary user.
Suggest a preference that could be set at the system level or at the tenant level to toggle on defaulting the primary user to no primary user being selected.
