Is anyone else having issues with immy consistently going down?

A few times per day, immybot will not open for anyone at our company. I am wondering if this is happening for anyone else?

We requested an update to our instance several weeks ago but we have not had it upgraded. In fact, immy support will not even reply to our request.

We are not; each company’s tenant is separate on the back-end though, so it’s unlikely something that affects your instance would affect any others. Unfortunately I can’t speak to support as I’m just another user.
