Maintenance emails: option to show only items that will be updated

It would be nice if the maintenance emails had (at least the option to) hide any items that are “no action” and show only update/pending.

Yes - Show Pending items only in detection notifications is needed for readability. For anyone with more than a few deployments this is going to be needed when running proactive application maintenance.
