Big News: We Hit 1,000 Partners!
We kicked off the call with a major celebration—ImmyBot officially crossed the 1,000-Krewe mark! This milestone reflects the incredible support and trust from our community. We’re brainstorming fun ways to celebrate, so stay tuned for giveaways and maybe even some “I was there first” merch.

Many of us just returned from IT Nation Connect, and it was an amazing experience. Thanks to everyone who stopped by to chat! We’ll be sharing more highlights in our newsletter, including details on upcoming Channel Program events and giveaways (hint: a Bambu A1 3D printer is up for grabs).

Support Updates
October was a productive month for our support team:
- Subtypes and Actions: Implemented for faster ticket categorization, resolutions, and trend monitoring.
- Kubernetes Migration: Completed successfully—watch for a detailed blog post soon.
- Coming Soon: CSAT survey in December and migration of key tasks (Join Azure AD, Set Computer Name, Join Domain) to Configure Directory Task.
No major ticket trends this month, which is always good news!
