Onboarding DC Issues

Hi all,

Have the below error on a DC. The agent is installed and I can see it in ImmyBot, although it wont identify it.

ImmyBot Agent: The shell cannot be started. A failure occurred during initialization:

Researching this online looks to be something with net frame work, but I have completely reinstalled this fresh and get no other issues.

has anyone else experienced this with they immybot deployment?

I’ve had a lot of issues deploying to DCs. The agents seem to stop checking in after a few months or so, and I haven’t been able to find anything killing/blocking it, so very curious if anyone has found anything.

Edit: In our case, SentinelOne was the issue. I think that’s why systems have been dropping off, because the update process fails. We needed to set BOTH the path and agent exclusions as described here: Troubleshooting Guide | ImmyBot Documentation
