We use Automatic Onboarding and would like the ability to send onboarding notifications to designated onboarding contacts (e.g., IT team, service desk, onboarding mailbox, distribution group) without also sending those notifications to the primary user.
Currently, the “Additional Users” option includes the primary user in all onboarding notifications, which does not fit scenarios where onboarding communications should be directed only to internal support staff.
Requested functionality:
- Specify one or more onboarding notification recipients.
- Option to exclude the primary user from onboarding notifications.
- Support for distribution groups/shared mailboxes.
- Configurable per onboarding configuration or tenant-wide.
This would provide greater flexibility for MSPs and organizations that manage onboarding workflows centrally.
