My use case is that I don’t want to close open software when an update is available. Doing so makes it appear to end-users that the to-be-updated software is crashing. I see that the M365 deployment has a switch for force-closing the M365 apps, but most/none others do, for example, Bluebeam Revu.
I suppose that someone might suggest to update software outside of business hours, but then how do you update laptops that the users shut down at the end of business hours?
I’d prefer that Immy decline to update open software.
