The situation is that this is a client we don’t have access to their Entra tenant because it is managed by their parent company, but we help manage the systems for this tenant and their IT guy would like to have a login to ImmyBot.
We created an account under our Tenant A so the user could log in and made his account a technician for Tenant B only. It works for about 30 minutes until an Azure sync happens, then it automatically reverts him back to Tenant A.
