In the Compliance Tool, the “Action Result” filter options are either Installed or Not Installed, but the filter is actually reflecting whether or not tasks ran successfully. This is fine if you have a software install task, but if you have an uninstall task then the results are backwards.
If you filter to “Installed” for an uninstall task, the tool gives you the machines where the app was successfully uninstalled, and vice versa.
