Seems the PDFGear API (or at least the version used in the version detection script) is no longer available.
This has been fixed.
If you notice issues with things that already exist in global though, please open a ticket so we can get them addressed in a timely manner.
We do look here, but not as often as we are looking at tickets.

Apologies for that. I was under the impression the community should be used for issues, based on the checkbox shown when submitting a support request.
