Windows has a built-in tool for exporting printer settings and drivers to a config file.
This suggestion may require a secondary suggestion of allowing people to add a cloud storage tool to store said data if size/upload is an issue.
This feature would essentially close the loop for us in being a complete onboarding tool as in addition to their software loading on their machine they would also have their printers follow them. This is a common missed item for our techs rolling new machines!
