Re-onboarding question

We have the starter version of immy b/c we only use it to do initial setups. Inevitably we’ve had a system come back to be reloaded due to system issues. It’s been several weeks so we’re past the 7 day limit. In this case though it seems like this would be a new system setup.

The immy system refuses to run the maintenance even though it’s a fresh install of windows. Am I just out of luck?

You might need to remove the agent and delete the machine in Immy, then reinstall and try again. It might be using the same device ID causing it to think of it as an existing machine. Can’t say for sure, but just my two cents
