We have a customer that would like to perform onboarding for their tenant devices. Is it possible to do tenant level 365 SSO login for their domain under the parent using a different 365 SSO?
Not sure what the question is here–but I think you just want to use the Join AzureAD task in ImmyBot to join the machines to the Azure/Entra domain so your users can sign in to machines that way.
I’m referring to logging into Immybot.
You would go through the same “Add users” process as with your internal techs.
- Go to
People - Find the user from your customer
- Hit
Add User - Grant them either admin or non admin (details here)
- Approve the Enterprise App (if you have that secured)
Then off they go
We’re receiving a denied error when they request access once signing into ImmyBot. I also am not receiving the prompt to accept the request from my account.
Started from scratch with a new tenant and person/user, same results.
