Unable to consent or sync Azure tenant

We had a trial last fall and never moved forward. We’ve started a new trial as we are ready to move forward with purchasing Immy.Bot.

We deleted the previous Azure Enterprise app from our M365 tenant and have spun up a new trial.

However we we try to give consent and and add the Azure connection under our MSP tenant we get the following errors:

Mar 19, 2025 10:48am PDT
Error while retrieving the tenant’s Azure details:
ClientSecretCredential authentication failed: No ClientId was specified.

When we try to give “Consent” the Microsoft login windows pops up and when we authenticate with our admin account we are met with this error:

AADSTS900144: The request body must contain the following parameter: ‘client_id’.

Stuck and trying to move forward with this. Wondering if anyone else experience this or has any advice.

Thanks,

I am also experiencing the same issue, under the Azure tab for the tenant the Client ID is missing and clicking Sync Azure details results in the error message ClientSecretCredential authentication failed: No ClientId was specified

Same issue. I’ve opened a ticket with support and I am awaiting a reply.

They informed me that this has been resolved, and I can confirm that its now working for us.
