New Windows driver blocks software from changing default web browser provides a guide on disabling the scheduled task and registry key associated with the new Windows driver which is preventing changes to default browser/pdf viewer. “Due to this, the only way to disable the driver is to turn it off via the Registry and delete/disable the Scheduled Task.”
Could we have this implemented as currently we are manually setting default browser and pdf viewers on user accounts
They already added a task to disable the driver, “Configure UCPD” 
I kind of agree with their method to have it separated from the various software that set defaults. But it might be good to add notes or something to point in the direction of this task.
