Updating the product list in Deployment Cross Tenant

Hi,

I am new to Immybot and would like some advice for our use case.

We sell computer hardware and we aim to deploy software on machines where the user has been granted it on their order.

I am trying to create a deployment for each software that we sell. The issue that I am facing is that during deployment creation, the Target Type field is not updating with a full list of our software. Under the “Purchase Order Product (StudyTech - Staging)”, we only have one software available as seen in the image below.

  1. Is there a way to have this list updated with all of our software set?
  2. Is it possible to have software auto-deploy on agent install when there is a valid deploment created?

Just spitballing here, but off hand it seems like you do not need tenant’s the same way an MSP would. As such, you might want to make tenants for each set of software you want installed. Then create tenant specific deployments.

AKA:
Tenant 1 - deployments = Chrome and adobe
Tenant 2 - deployments = chrome, adobe and winscp
etc

Then you can make a ppkg for each “tenant” that correlates to the software list you want installed.
